Abstract: Abstract： For product qualification for mine-used lead-acid battery used in mining electric locomotive, study a new type of high frequency and intelligent battery charger. This paper mainly introduces the control system of intelligent charger .The control system makes dsPIC30F6010A MCU as core , adopts the control mode of charging voltage and charging current double PI controller closed loop coordinated control for realization of constant current constant voltage charging. The article analysis specifically Current PI closed loop control and Voltage closed loop PI control. The charger also realized automatic switch of constant-voltage and constant current, have diversification of the charging curve, convenient voltage and current regulating, high intelligence. The local tests of the charger showed the feasibility and correctness of the design .It can be promoted application in the coal mine industry.
